The famous Swedish painter Anders Zorn is a part of the Zorn Family from Franconia. His family tree goes back to Andreas Zorn born 1614 and the family has for centuries lived in the village of Üttingen outside the town of Würzburg. Anders Zorn was however born in Sweden 1860 and came to be one of the more celebrated painters of his time, including portraits of several royalties and American presidents such as Grover Cleveland, William Taft and Theodore Roosevelt.
